- After checkout, you will receive shipping instructions.
- Carefully package and ship your steering wheel to us.
- Once received, we will inspect and diagnose the issue.
- We will confirm the repair needed and provide the remaining repair balance.
- If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the full repair total.
- Once the repair is complete and the remaining balance is paid, your steering wheel will be shipped back.
Return Shipping Policy
If you proceed with the approved repair, standard return shipping within the continental United States is included with the repair service.
If you do not proceed with the repair, if no fault is found, or if the steering wheel is determined to be non-repairable, you are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Return shipping and insurance will be invoiced separately once diagnostics are complete.
The steering wheel will not be released or shipped back until any applicable return shipping and insurance charges are paid in full.
Customers may request a specific return shipping service or provide a prepaid insured return label, subject to approval. We strongly recommend insuring the package for its replacement value.
Included return shipping applies only to completed repairs. Expedited shipping, international shipping, special handling, or additional insurance may incur extra charges.
Important Shipping Notes
Inbound shipping to us is the customer’s responsibility.
Please package the steering wheel carefully and insure the shipment for its replacement value. Ferrari steering wheels are expensive and should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
We recommend shipping the steering wheel without the airbag/inflator unless we have specifically requested otherwise. Airbag components may be subject to shipping restrictions and should only be removed, handled, or shipped by a qualified professional.
Diagnostic Fee Policy
The diagnostic fee is credited toward the $499.95 repair price if you proceed with the approved repair.
If the steering wheel is not repairable, no fault is found, or you choose not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is retained for inspection, testing, handling, and administrative time.
No repaired or inspected parts are released until all applicable invoices, shipping charges, and insurance charges are paid in full.
